Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex account issues and escalated complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately update customer information and order status in our CRM and logistics management systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery and correct product handling.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy and customer needs.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to potential clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
