Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
