Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer account information accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
