- Process Improvement: Share feedback and suggestions with management to help improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
