Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to improve overall service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
