Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers in understanding products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.

Qualifications
