Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM system.
- Resolve complex customer complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
