- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism, maintaining a first-call resolution rate.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
- Document Interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Build Rapport: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy and active listening.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the technical support and sales teams to escalate issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
