Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team appropriately.
- Update customer records and database information after every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
