Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Update customer accounts and record interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Assist with ticket resolution and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our LA office.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
