- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in our CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and policies to answer questions effectively.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all company compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be located within the Kansas City, MO area.
