- Collaborate closely with the technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer complaints and propose process improvements to management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
