Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through active listening and clear communication.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads or management as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing; experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
