- Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all transactions and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Process Orders & Payments: Efficiently process returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries using our proprietary software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Adaptability: Flexibly adjust to shifting priorities and new protocols during peak business hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of our hiring process.
