Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and through email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Update customer records with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Answer general questions regarding products, services, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
