- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product improvements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
