Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to new and existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
