Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and verify all information.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
