Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately input customer data and update records in our CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
