Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
