Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and emails regarding products and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process Transactions: Accurately input data, process orders, and handle returns using CRM software.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell Products: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work Monday through Friday (40 hours/week).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
