Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and service enhancements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
