- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or billing issues with patience and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
