Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account notes.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet team targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior customer service experience needed; we train!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
