Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and clarity.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
