Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store appearance.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Process incoming inventory and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
