Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure all sales policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
