Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle office location.
