Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Answer inbound phone calls and resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle customer complaints or issues escalated to the floor level with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
