Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our logistics management system.
- Maintain and update customer account records, ensuring all data is current and error-free.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional support to new and existing clients, acting as a brand ambassador for Apex Distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
