Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
