Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails regarding orders and account inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our internal database systems.
- Assist with general office duties and data entry as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
