Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and billing questions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
