Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and billing questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and computer systems.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
