- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer requests and effective problem resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
