- Document all customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
