Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account status changes in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle escalated complaints and de-escalate tense situations professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
