Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software and inventory systems.
- Update customer records and maintain a detailed log of all interactions for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to ensure accurate product information and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet team sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
