As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support while managing their shipping and logistics needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Accurately process and update customer account information and order status within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation of shipments.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the best logistics solutions for their business.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
