Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data within our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through regular training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
