- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
