Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet departmental sales targets.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
