Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product inquiries via chat and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics (SLA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or retail is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
