Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to company protocols.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.

Qualifications
