Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and service upgrades.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the internal database.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection for remote support options if applicable.
