Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and other service requests according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or support roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
