Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce certification a plus)

- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional client visits)
