Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for financial products
- Resolve payment inquiries and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and documentation while maintaining 99.7% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using CRM and internal tools
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships
- Participate in weekly training sessions to maintain product expertise
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in financial services preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience ideal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours/week across weekdays only
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
