Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Assist with order processing, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries with precision.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
