Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to our diverse client base via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex inquiries and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Document all interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) with a reliable attendance record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
